I use a squeezebox duet with a the DENON AVP/AVR Control (v1.9.2) plugin made by Chris Couper in combination with the iPeng app. 

I want to fix the output volume of the squeezereceiver at 100% and use the volume buttons on the squeezebox controller/ the volume control in the iPeng app to controle the volume of Denon AVR receiver. This was possible with squeezeboxserver 7.4 (see bug 9804). Somehow it is broken in version 7.7.x

When using squeezebox server 7.7.2 this is not posible. When I set the output volume at 100% the volume control is gone on the squeezebox controler and the iPeng app is unable to control the volume. 

Suggested solution: Please make the volume control buttons available even when the output volume is fixed at 100%.
