Some time ago Spotify added the ability to create folders for your playlists. The Squeezebox-plugin doesn't seem to handle this properly.

First, the folders doesn't display, and second, and more important, the *wrong* playlists are played when you select one that is lower than your first folder.

This functionality is not exposed by Spotify's API (https://developer.spotify.com/web-api/get-a-list-of-current-users-playlists/)
