yeah, its a legacy thing.  I think originally it was supposed to like directly
to a specific 'radio.pls' playlist, as created from the  edit_playlist pages.  I
can't recall who originally created the skin, so I dont know if there is
interest in maintaining it. worst case, I'd be willing to clean up some of the
old issues.
