SBS EULA

We need to add a EULA to the Setup Flow for LMS.  See attached file.  This
could possible appear before any installation takes place, with an OK or Cancel
button.  OK steps forward in the install
Cancel exits out of the install

It has been decided that we will add a "checkbox" to the terms & conditions // EULA to the download page for LMS.

Customers must check the box in order to download the software.

I would note that that EULA is does not look relavent to something which is  GPLv2 licenced - which LMS is.  

Specifically I think you need to make sure the understanding is that the software is open source with some components specifically licensed differently (though not sure which in the LMS download?)  Also the opensource clause is not right as it does not refer to GPLv2.
