If you navigate to the song info page by clicking a track title in either Now Playing or the current playlist, then mark the track as a favorite using the heart icon, the title of the favorite ends up as:

Song Info (TITLE)

Looks like it takes the title directly from the breadcrumbs, so this may be a breadcrumb problem instead. The breadcrumbs should be something more useful anyway. Instead of

Home > Song Info (TITLE])

use something like:

Home > Artists > ARTIST > ALBUM > TITLE
