Happens after the music files are scanned and very early after the artwork scan begins. 
Log shows an out of memory/low memory error. The LMS/TinySC "experiences a problem" actually because the script calls out the kill command to kill the LMS process (!). 
' would like to see the alternatives to overcome this problem instead of having the software killing the process that is experiencing the problem itself.
Happens consistently almost the same way on 7.6.x and 7.7.1/7.7.2 ; occasionally happens on 7.5.4 as well, but with several retries it is possible to go through. 
(not a new appearance - mentioned in a number of threads on forum.slimdevices.com  as well).
