v3651/FC3/Fishbone

Using the web UI, a 'Live 365 Internet Radio' entry appears in the browse menu
list although the Live 365 Internet Radio plugin is disabled (unchecked).

Selcting the entry gives '404 Not Found: plugins/Live365/index.html'

committed fix to trunk at change 3652. please update your local svn or look for
it in the July 9 build

There are 536 bugs in the database with targets of '---' that were fixed prior to new year 2006.  I am setting them to targets of 6.2.1 to keep them from showing up in my queries.
