I am unable to remain connected to mysqueezebox.com for more than 2 minutes, either on my Squeezebox 3 or my computer's web browser. I am located in Hong Kong. I suspect this is a mirror site issue. When I check through prozy servers, mysqueezebox.com in the USA is operating fine. But when I try to connect in Hong Kong, it is routed (I believe) through servers in Europe. Somewhere along the way, things are breaking down badly.

I have tried shutting down all compnents--modem, router, computer, Squeezebox, resetting, and rebooting everything in succession. But this makes no difference.

All my other Internet connections work fine. Only Squeezebox-related doesn't work.

Such breakdowns seem to always happen on weekends.

Can you please set it up so that your users in Asia are NOT routed through Europe? It is much faster and more reliable to connect through a west coast North American server.

In any case, kindly fix this issue for me!

Can you provide some traceroute and ping stats?
