Missing button images: The MySB remote control
(http://www.mysqueezebox.com/player/playerControl) screen doesn't show the
images on the repeat or shuffle buttons (the ctrlRepeat and ctrlShuffle
controls).  The buttons' spaces do have the correct flyover text set for them,
however, so that if you hover the mouse over them, they display the correct
status.  (see attached for an example)

Worse, the buttons don't work:  e.g. clicking the Repeat button doesn't change
the player's repeat setting.  

Would be great to have them working, esp. with images.  The new MOG
functionality generally works really well; it's a great addition to
Squeezeboxes.
