A 'new & changed' scan does not do a playlist scan of the playlists folder. This worked correctly prior to 7.6.

The intended behavior is that it _is_ supposed to rescan the playlists folder, correct?

Jim - are you using any other importer like iTunes, MusicIP or one of Erland's?
