If it's a format we don't support, say so.  if it's doesn't load or is in error, say so.

Seems like we do show feedback for format issues. We should be showing more
feedback for the error case. Found this in the code:

Slim::Player::Squeezebox2
803 : 	dean 	3126 	# todo notify upper layers that this is a bad station.

We do better with latest svn i.e. we're not silent anymore. In the long run, we
could try to have more detailed feedback when streams fail in both SlimServer
and the service.

This bug has been fixed in the latest release of SqueezeNetwork!
