There is no indication to the user that the "Run Cleanup" operation is started, in progress, or finished

The "Run Cleanup" button is not greyed out to indicate the operation is being performed - the user can select it repeatedly not knowing what is actually happening

Steps to Reproduce
Launch the LMS Control Panel
Select the Advanced Tab
Check the "Clean cache folder, including media... checkbox
Select the "Run Cleanup" button

NOTE: There is no indication to the user that the "Run Cleanup" operation is started, in progress, or finished
