The string entered through the livesearch form should be handled as case-insenstive resulting in a better 
search experience. First I don't always know the exact spelling and second I am too lazy to hold down the 
shift key

Case insensitivity is working for me in the latest nightly.  entering "abb" returns items containing words 
starting with "Abb" and "ABB".

Reopen if there's a case I've missed.
