Description Christian Erpelding 2011-11-09 09:01:15 UTC
Setup:
SB Controller App Version 1.1.1
SBS 7.6.2, password protected
GalaxyTab 10.1 (GT-P7510) running Android 3.1 (Latest available version, Kernel 2.6.36.3, Build HMJ37.UEKG4)

On my Samsung GalaxyTab 10.1 (the developer version, GT-P7510), I cannot connect to pw protected servers.

Steps to reproduce:
- Clean reinstall of the SB Controller App
- Starting the App
- Accept EULA
- I enter my MySB credentials
- The App finds my pw protected server and asks for username/password
- I enter the correct username / password
- The page disappears for a second (and shows the players on my other, not pw protected server and the players on MySB)
- The Apps asks again for username/password (fields are cleared)
- I can only leave the dialog by pressing the "Ignore server" button

Nothing interesting in logcat.
Only a lot of SlimDiscovery spam. ;-)

This *may* be related to #17103.

I have only tried it on this specific Tablet, so I cannot say if it happens on other devices as well.

User "maggior" reported the same behaviour on an Motorola Xoom Wifi running Android 3.2:
