On Radio and Touch the Icon for MOG is blank at the My Apps screen. It is there in the app gallery at both the Featured apps and Music on demand. 

Just when the MOG app is installed the icon is missing in the my apps screen.

Works for me.  Did you restart the box? Connected to mysb.com or SBS?
