Description Shamus Rask 2011-11-04 06:46:06 UTC
Currently running the latest version of LSM on Ubuntu 10.04.

I have 3 different DLNA endpoints, each is experiencing different behaviours with the new DLNA server included in LSM.
1. VLC on Mac - will not even detect the DLNA server
2. WD TV Live - detects and displays files, but cannot play any of the videos
3. AirPlay for iOS - works perfectly.

Note that I already have a DLNA server (MediaTomb) running on the same Ubuntu server; this works across all 3 devices listed above.

I have tried the Panasonic BDT-110EG blueray player and that doesn't work either.

I tried on Samsung TV UE46D8000 and Sony blu ray player BDP-S480 and music doesn't work on the two devices. I gat "Corrupted file" error.

Music files are Apple Lossless and plays on my Squeezebox Touch.

JPEG are only displayed on Sony blu ray. TV displays "Corrupted file" error.

In the server log : Slim::Web::HTTP::downloadMusicFile (2667) Couldn't transcode file

Currently running the latest version of LSM on Ubuntu 10.04.

I have 3 different DLNA endpoints, each is experiencing different behaviours
with the new DLNA server included in LSM.
1. VLC on Linux LMDE - will detect the DLNA server but not showing any contents
2. WD TV Live - detects and displays files, but cannot play any of the videos but play picture diaporama but not well (colors and position of the picture are not ok at all)
3. Sony Playstation 3 - detects and displays Directories but no video/image files are detected. Audio file are detected but only mp3 is playing. Flac are just jumping to the next song all over the album but nothing plaing

Note that I already have a DLNA server (MediaTomb) running on the same Ubuntu
server; this works across all 3 devices listed above.
