Specifically:

browselibrary items mode:genres search:XX

where XX is any search term will return all genres instead of matching genres.

The same command with mode set to 'artists' or 'albums' works fine.

Fixed bug 17718: Searching genres using "browselibrary items mode:genres" does not work 
Add genre searching via browselibrary.
Note: search result does not contain any All Songs, All Artists or All Albums item.
