m3u playlist is not playing.

create sample.m3u file in Ubuntu PC with following content.

#EXTINF:123, #EXTINF:-123,James Richardson - 1kHzMP3/home/user/Naresh/Music/MP3/Kaleidoscope_48k_128kbps.mp3 

provided the full permissions to that file.

connected to Ubuntu PC and then tried to play the file.
but the file not responding or playing
