After installing WHS .msi the scanner will start but only picks up Audio
tracks.  The installer doesn't automatically include Video or Pictures.  See
attached

Manually selecting Video and Photo will resolve the issue.

If LMS on Windows finds an existing server.prefs file with an audiodir set, it would _not_ add the default folders for any other media type. The thought here was that an existing SBS user probably wouldn't want to see his server import all images/videos without his intervention. The existing SBS user is an audio type.

This is not limited to WHS, but all Windows versions. Can you confirm that on that box there was an SBS installation before?

AH, that explains it.  Yes, there had been a SBS install on it at one time.  But I uninstalled SBS then installed LMS.  So I guess it kept the pref from the previous SBS install.
