log

Running the latest firmware we are still hitting some nasty bugs with alarm
clock.

I have setup alarm clock at 6:30 which was indeed triggered but once I pressed
the knob to snooze it but it took only about 2 seconds when alarm triggered
again. I pressed power off button and the alarm didn't trigger anymore.

All alarms are setup directly from the radio menu(not from Internet)

I want to point out I am regularly hitting similar bugs in wide range of
variations. Please let me know whether there is some hope you will ever make
firmware in which the alarm clock work as it is supposed.

btw: I've attached the log. As I can see the messages log begins at Oct 19
14:20:27 for some unknown reason.

I am sorry but I am not able to get up at 6:30 morning and instead of going to
work sit down and play around with buggy radio to provide you fresh logs which
are erased after few hours.

I would expect radio can hold logs for some time or at least compress them
rotate them (as linux normaly does) and finally store them for at least one
week. Let me know whether you can read some information from provided log.

Let me know how can I help you to fix the bug.

Squeezebox Radio, firmware 7.7.0, connected to mysqueezebox.com. Only one alarm set at 6:55am PST, alarm sound "AVRO Baroque around the clock" from my favorites.

Every morning at 6:55am the backup alarm sounds. I immediately use the jog-wheel to turn the alarm off. The alarm goes off and immediately a second alarm comes on playing AVRO Baroque correctly. If I try this at other times of the day I don't get the first "ghost backup" alarm.
