I cannot rotate the big knob to choose between snooze and stopping the alarm.
Only pushing the knob works, and snooze is the default selection, I can only use snooze.

The knob requires a larger turn to turn from snooze to stop, this is by design to avoid accidentally stopping the alarm. Is this what you are seeing?
