Windows 7 Ultimate SP1 64bit
LMS 7.7 Nightly 33540

-LMS 7.7 by default adds 3 folders c:\user\music etc
-LMS initiates a scan of these folders
-I personally do not use those folders so attempt to immediately change these folders paths on completion of the installer.
-I change folders and click apply
-I notice on the info web UI page that the initial scan of the wrong folders is still continuing so click "abort"
-It appears from the web UI the abort has finished, but clicking clear all and rescan shows that the wrong folders are yet again being scanned.

-Until the initial scan is finished adding all files in those wrong folders I am totally unable to correctly abort and force a clear and rescan of my directories

I'm also having problems aborting scans with 7.7.0. Not exactly the same scenario, but similar.

I keep having nightly scheduled new & changed scans that hang up for no apparent reason. When I go to abort the scan, it appears to succeed in the web interface, but running another new & changed scan fails to discover any files and the progress indicator just sits at zero while the clock ticks. I can repeat this cycle indefinitely.

It's only when I abort and then manually run a clear & rescan that it breaks out of it, and I usually have to abort the clear & rescan at least once, as it too does nothing on the first attempt.
