On Rc3:

If the creationdate for a picture is not set the date that is saved in the database is random.
I have pictures taken in 1914,1915, 1918 etc. All pictures does not have the creationdate set.

Kurt - could you please upload a sample file? What's its timestamp according to Windows Explorer?

Pictures with weird date

Windows says its creation date is 14. september 2011. In LMS it is found under 18. august 1930. The date where it is taken is NULL and I can see that every pictures where that date is null has a weird date.

Andy - I think I had mentioned this issue on campfire, but forgot to follow up on it (or file a bug)... But I'm seeing this myself as well: some images return invalid timestamps. I added some workaround in http://svn.slimdevices.com/slim?rev=32725&view=rev, but obviously it's not good enough. I'm still seeing the issue when using mtime.

Yes, I'm seeing the same thing - I have dates from 1901 to 2038 shown by Image Browser.
