Not adding to Play list. below few scenarios are mentioned
  When we do long press on list of radio channels its not listing menu list (add to Play list , Play e.t.c.) 

  Eg:-
   Music  -> Oldies
   Music  -> Latino

    Radio Free 102.3(Los Angeles, US)
    Real Radio Radio Northwest(mancheste....)
    Alldanzradio Top 40 (US).

    Context Menu list will not open.

works for me. What device? What Android version? What _exact_ navigation path?

Please note that categories ("Oldies") will not have a context menu.

I'm not even sure this bug describes what is referenced in the EVT checklist. 

Could you please give me detailed instructions how to reproduce this issue?

Not reproducible. Either a temporary networking hiccup, or a duplicate of bug 17567
