whole server log in case it's needed.

This is triggered by deleting a file which is listed in Zapped playlist.  I do
not know if other playlists will cause this.  There is nothing in the scanner
log.  It is intermittent, but at least in this case happened right when the
file was deleted.  The relevant portion of the server log is:
