After installation and repair of the Microsoft Visual C++ (bug 21359), launching the LMS will start, splash the graphic, then stop working with an error message saying:

"The Logitech Media Server Control Panel has stopped working"

The LMS will close and repeat when re-launched.

This is on build 32352.

Closing.  Cannot reproduce on updated vista 64-bit build
