Pressing Play on "empty" links in the web-UI causes server to use 100% for
several minutes and cueing up 4000 files to my player .

This effect may vary with state of ones library, "slate" found that only 100
tracks where shown here.

Filed a screenshot of where i presed play..

4000 tracks is my playlist limit, i suspect it will cue up your entire collection if you have no limit :)

With my Atom it takes about 12 sec before the music starts to play. Any track the was playing goes on until then, but that might be buffer. One CPU core is running 100% for the duration.

I have tried with other searches and I always getting the same 500 tracks.
My Playlist limit is the default 500.
My library is 9018 tracks.

Anyway I woould say that the "error" is that it is possible to press play on "Empty"... a onebrowser feature?!
The appearing tracks are a sideeffect of it all.

Possible to press "Delete" on "Empty"

Where else did you find those "playable" empty entries?
