The Fishbone skin, arguably the most useful of the web interfaces and a distinctive feature that set the Squeezebox apart from other digital music transports, has been removed from the baseline install of the Squeezebox Server. The decision to drop support for this important feature clearly did not take into account the weight given to its inclusion by potential purchasers of the product line. The "Default" and "Classic" skins are completely inadequate as replacements for Fishbone. They lack the elegance, intuitive feel, ease of navigation and flexibility which make Fishbone a favorite for so many Squeezebox owners.
