Description strcmp 2011-07-23 04:28:39 UTC
I have a SB in every room. They are always synced, but I only switch on the ones in the rooms I'm in. Also in two of my rooms I have a PC. In the web interface I always the select the SB in the same room, of course. When I start to play an album in one room, then switch off everything for leaving, come back, go into the other room and try to continue the music by clicking a song in the 'the current playlist' of the 'Music Player' right half of the web interface, the player in the _wrong_ room switches on and starts to play. Which is bad, because a) it is not the room I'm sitting in and not the player selected in the web interface just above the same 'Music Player' section and b) one tends to forget a player in another room playing way too loud at night. Especially so, because the same music plays locally, only with a lower volume.

Technically the 'Play' buttons in the current playlist are linked to the player MAC addresses and ignore the player selection. There entries are linked to the player that was active when I added them, not to the player that should be active now, according to the web interface and to what I want.

This also happens with 7.5.5, only there is no option for this version..
