Tested in Galaxy Tab-Android 2.2

Steps to produce the issue:

Open the Now Playing screen in the portrait mode of the device
Switch over the device to landscape mode
Split view is not appearing immediately,because of rendering difficulty
3 different transitions takes place before showing the split view

Attached is the patch with the fix

By removing the delay timings, we are able to improve the behavior of screen transitions.
