R7.5.4 r9408

usually I power down the radio when it is still synchronized with the touch and unplug the power supply.
when i reconnect the power supply, the radio powers up and as soon as 'synchronized' the touch and radio are both muted.
unsynchronizing usually solves the problem and the touch continues to play. resynchronizing now does not mute neither the radio nor the touch and everything works fine.
