I'm pretty sure this used to be logged when player.source was set to Debug. The log output for transcoding, as it searches through all the different possibilities, can be confusing, and the actual command used is never logged. Log the final, full command line, including paths to applications and the audio file.

Please consider logging this at both the Debug and Info level, as this is ultimately what we want to know - exactly what command line is being used.
