Log file from startup of squeezeboxserver

With the upgrade to v7.5.4, plugins broke for me. They used to work, but now
are unavailable. Instead, I get an expandable menu called
"PLUGIN_MY_APPS_MODULE_NAME" that has one option ("PLUGIN_MY_APPS_MODULE_NAME")
that takes me to http://www.mysqueezebox.com/appgallery?player=[MAC addr
removed]. Trying to install plugins from here doesn't appear to make any
changes to the system.

I ran across this because, among other things, CLI access is apparently done
through a plugin which is not working due to whatever this issue is. There's
nothing obvious in the logs when I turn on info logging for plugins. Attaching
server.log. If there are specific logs that would help diagnose this, please
let me know.

Feel free to re-open this issue if it's still broken for you. Thanks.
