I have 350 artists
First attempt into Artists menu always results in "502 proxy error" message
Second attempt usually succeeds

This is with SB3 and mysb.com

Similar to below:

Using both Touch and Duet, most of the time I will get the 502 proxy error when trying to access artists or albums in Rhapsody.  If I exit and re-enter Rhapsody or access some other Rhapsody site like channels and then try again, it usually works.  I would guess I have about 300 artists in the library.  I never get this message in the desktop Rhapsody app or when I access my library online.  Help!!

Unable to access Artists or Albums from My Library.Receive proxy error 502 consistently.General search function is not affected.Have uninstalled and reinstalled Rhapsody App,but error 502 continues.

I cannot access any of my "saved" albums in my library (artist,albums,genres). It really makes Rhapsody non-functional. This is with SBS or mysb.com.

Rhapsody says some fixes happening today on their servers. Please retest over next couple of days and reply in this bug if the 502 error has disappeared.

Same thing here, except 504 Gateway Time-out. Second attempt usually gets it. Happens only on Rhapsody: My Library, Artists, Genres, sometimes individual artists.

For those still seeing this issue, some additional data needed:

1. Seeing this sometimes or always? Better since end of May or have characteristics changed since then?
2. If sometimes, then can you list day and time that you saw failure? Also list day and time when it was working. Sometimes these things are dependent upon server load, and the load is much lower at midnight than noon. Can sometimes happen more often on weekends than weekdays due to load too.
3. If you try Rhapsody menus 10 times, does it fail 10 times, or does it fail only some of them? If so, how many passes out of 10?
4. Do you use Squeezebox Server or are just connected to internet?
