SB server: 7.6.x   Fab 4 FW 7.6.0. r 9429      Radio: 9405


When connected to MySqueezebox.com, the 'my apps' menu item is missing.

I can still see the 'app gallery' but not the my apps 
(unless I go to the local server)

fully reproduced here.

root cause is that My Apps item is delivered differently in 7.6.0 to accomodate CustomizeHomeMenu context menus on My Apps items, and the menus from the mysb.com side are not up to speed with that change.

Still investigating a fix, but this is without reservation a P1 for 7.6.0

Fixed Bug: 17172
Description: set self.myAppsNode to false when previous server's player menus are unloaded
this unblocks the creation of a My Apps item  from <7.6 servers (which current prod mysb.com is right now)

On versions 7.6.0, 32302 and 32398, the "My Apps" menu is now appearing.  Closing.
