1) Setup an SB-touch as a server (with USB drive)  has 7.5.4 r9408 fw

2) Attach the Radio (or Jive remote) to the USB server3)

3) Prompt appears to downgreade the FW to 7.5.3.9377

We're going to tackle the unnecessary downgrade case.
