My squeezebox Touch is working well with a pretty big flac collection on an external disk drive handled by tinySC.

One disturbing (minor) problem, though:
* Settings/Advanced/Squeezebox Server
and
* USB Device/Squeezebox Server
display "Scanning media for music files, please wait..."
even after the scan is (apparently) finished and
* My Music/name (usb)
works just fine.

As such, there is no option to rescan or to update the collection (for example, if I were to add files to the disk over the network) without stopping and restarting the server.

New files should be picked up automatically. Did you give it some time to find them? With a large collection this background check can take some time.
