After the recent FW update 7.5.3 r9377 several of my players at home ( one touch and one radio) forgot their name which became "nil". Other stored settings Presets Favorites and alarms were remembered okay. 3 other radios and a boom retained their correct name. 

I power cycled the units and allowed them to reconnect to MSB.com and the names remained lost. I eventually had to reprogram them.
