I have a Deezer Premium + account.
When playing play lists, my Squeezebox stops at the end of a song (generally after a few songs) showing "Erreur Deezer" (Deezer error). At this moment most of my songs from the play list can't be played : I just have "retrieving information from stream" and ... notihing.
For example, with my Radio, I select a song and I can see "deezer://4622107.mp3" and "obtention des informations sur le flux" and nothing plays. Note that if I press play after that my play list is blinking on the screen.
So I scroll until I found a song that can be played and then it will stop again soon.
This issue occurs with Boom, Radio and Touch.
On my Radio I have "Erreur Deezer" and "user data: 0x6fb490" messages

What i can say is that it was working eciate.w weeks ago on my Radio. So it means that this issue begins just few days ago.
I have tried to mail to Deezer here in France but we have a such poor support! They just tell me to write you.
I begin to use Deezer recently in a heavy way on my 3 Squeezebo and noticed this issue.

I noticed the problem on saturday. I believe last week it was working fine. 
As a precision the bug occurs from Mysqueezebox.com. I don't know if it works with  squeezebox server. 

If you need i could test.

Confirming bug, as many Deezer users have been complaining about this incorrect behaviour behaviour here and there.

Michael, I've just been told by somebody that the official Logitech customer service refused to handle a support case for this problem, arguing Deezer wasn't a supported application.
Given Deezer does (only) run through mysb.com, it's crazy they're denying support for this!

Thanks for the feedback!

We did indeed release a few changes last week as Deezer was asking us to add new filtering on the tracks. I'll have to review those changes to see whether they could have caused this issue.

(and yes, support always seems to be a problem, whether ours or theirs or somebody else's...)

Michael,

I have noticed this issue with playlists, but some users have it with albums. In my case  the problem is that it is not always the same song that causes the problem. It is completely random. I can only be sure that playing music will be stop in a few songs. Issue occurs whatever the song I begin to listen.
I listen to a playlist, after a few songs (3 or 4) it stops with "Erreur Deezer" on the screen. From this moment some songs cannot be played anymore (including  the song that should be played at this time) for a moment and some can be played. It will change if I try to listen to the playlist later, and some songs that cannot be played previously can now be played.
I have noticed it happen most of the time at the end of the song (just one time during a song).

I have send mails (…) to Deezer in France just to inform them. After a few mails Deezer seems to be interested in our issue (at least!). If you have anmes at Deezer it will be a good idea to contact them as we can do a test with you, Deezer and some users and then we could be able to understand what happens.

Ok, I'm seeing a pattern: we're receiving inconsistent data back from Deezer. Why this happens I don't know. But some of the data we need to filter on seems to change from request to request. Even the publishing date for one and the same track can change...

Quick update: according to Deezer they have a problem to get the correct country for a given player. Thus it sometimes filters out some tracks, assuming the player was located somewhere outside France.

As Premium+ is only available in France anyway they're now going to fix the country for those requests to FR, ignoring what they think where your SB might be. This should work around this issue until the root cause is fixed.

Only 10 albums can be seen using a Squeezebox. Could you have a look about this issue please ?

Deezer told the guy to see with Logitech, once again!
But this issue is always here and perhaps you could talk with Deezer's engineers about this bug...

Deezer is now available in the UK, and the playlists menu just says "Deezer Error".
