Changes to the screen scrolling speed, pixel size, etc do nothing, but settings are saved.

Use case > changes made to the SBS settings for scrolling rate, scroll pixels, scroll pause and saved > RSS news ticker activated as "While off" screen > player display settings don't change and remain at default level.

Users report it worked 7.5.2 and previous.
