Radio station buffer default?

Monitoring the support calls I see that there have a number of calls where the customers player stops after a while. In some cases it has been indicated by the support call agent to increase the Radio Station Buffer Seconds from the default 3 seconds to something longer like 20 seconds, which appears to be effective at least for the short tests done during the support calls. Would it make sense for the minimum buffer default to be something greater?
