Using drag-and-drop in the WebUI default skin fails if one tries to reorder items on anything other than the first page in the browser. Attempting to reorder items on non-first pages will actually affect those on the first page in the corresponding positions. Obviously the playlist has to be longer than the number of items that will fit on a single page for this to be a problem.
