Another problem when rebuilding the public version of the poky for the baby target:

The atheros module is missing the public -bin target and only has the private svn_src target which will make the bitbake build fail.

Attached is a patch adding that file and the binaries necessary extracted from the baby_7.5.3_r9283.bin firmware.
