7.5.3 If you have been using your player for some time using MSB.com ( this is how most new users begin) and have setup your presets favorites etc. When you install SBS and input your account MSB.com info (MSB.com integration is enabled by default) The SBS settings get copied up to MSB.com. If nothing was set this then clears the presets and others.

To verify this I setup a player on MSB.com set all six presets. Than setup a new install of SBS without any account info connected the player to the local server and added one preset and one alarm. I could than switch between SBS and MSB.com and the settings were as set on each server.
I then added the account info to the local SBS and the local server presets and alarm were copied up to MSB.com

Since the first of the year there have been 18 call incidents where presets have been mentioned and 5 of these specifically indicate they have lost their preset data.
