Description Ryan 2011-02-28 12:16:10 UTC
On at least 2 occasions I have had the alarm button not operate to set up the alarm.
On the first incident it was morning the radio had been playing all night (through headset). The alarm had just played at the correct time with the correct stream (different than what was playing all night). I had turned the alarm off by tapping the power button (standby mode).
I then wanted to adjust the alarm time for the next morning. I tapped the power button again to turn the player on and then the alarm button to set the new time, but the alarm menu did not come up. I also tried to navigate to alarms via the menus and got a spinny when alarms were selected. The connection icon strength was very good and color was white

The second incident. The radio had been left playing all day,To the best of my knowledge connected to MSB.com, and appeared to still be playing a headset was plugged in and was not checked if actual audio was present. In the evening I went to turn the alarm on by pressing the alarm button, there was no response. I again attempted to navigate to the alarm menu and got a spinny. I also pressed the preset buttons and none of them would function. The connection icon strength was very good and color was white. I cycled power after power up I tried to play internet radio and the there was an indication that the player was trying to connect to my SBS server. I attempted to switch to MSB.com from the network menu and got no response. I then turned of my local SBS and cycled power again. Playing internet radio restored MSB.com connection and then the alarm function returned and so did the presets.

Note: I have my local SBS set to sync with MSB.com and recently verified that my alarms and presets are duped correctly.
