Description Mickey Gee 2011-01-31 09:53:36 UTC
Report received by Support. Support reports they were unable to reproduce, but not sure what the configuration was. Here's the report:

"Hi, I use last.fm frequently (and you may know they recently had a significant problem causing their servers to be down for about a week). Since they have restored their services my squeezebox will no longer scrobble to last.fm when I am listening via mysqueezebox.com. Scrobbling works fine when listening to my own music on the pc, or via my Squeezebox Duet, or indeed listening to last.fm via the Duet.

I have checked all the settings my knowledge will allow but cant find anything wrong.

Is there anything you can do to help?"

I seem to be having a similar problem.

Looking at Last.FM I've nothing listed since 4th Feb yet I was using MYSB last week and SS at the weekend.

All the settings on MYSB show everything switched on other than radio station scrobbling.

I'll try turning that on and see if it makes a difference (although it has always been set that way).

Just a brief update...

changing the settings on scrobbling internet radio has made no difference.

Still no new additions to my lastfm account since 4th Feb although I note that two tracks that I loved at the weekend have been added, so the linkage would seem to be ok.

I'll try relinking my account to see if that helps.

I'll also add some links to a number of queries on the forums which seem to all date from late January.

Well just tried clearing the linkage to last fm on MYSB and in the reverse direction on lastfm and then re-established the link.

Lo and behold, suddenly scrobbling is working again and oddly I've also got tracks showing from yesterday but then a gap back to January.

I'll see if it keeps working... I'll also see if the same works for MYSB.
