Description Max 2011-01-27 01:44:20 UTC
When more than one album or song with a similar name is in the database, favorites made for these entries are not handled properly.

For example: <Artist> - <Album>

Trijntje Oosterhuis - For Once In My Life
Stevie Wonder - For Once In My Life

When a favorite was made for the Stevie Wonder album, the Trijntje Oosterhuis album shows up in the favorites list.

No matter what method is used for creating the favorite, using the webinterface, duet controller, iPeng interface for iPhone, the bahavior is the same.

I'm not seeing the problem with tracks (although maybe I haven't done enough testing), but definitely with albums. Seems like it's the first album found in the database with the same name that gets set as the favorite.

Furthermore, in the web interface on the album info pages, all albums with the same name are then shown as being a favorite.

This bug is also present in 7.5.
