When reprogramming the alarm time, the original time is supposed to be pre-set. The pre-set time is incorrect: the hour is one lower than the original hour.

So say my alarm is 6:30. Then the next time I am editing the time of that alarm, I will see it being pre-set to 5:30, so I have to change the 5 into the 6 again.

A user can easily overlook this change an he will be woken op one hour early.
