When using the debian package, plugin installation causes the server to be restarted twice - once from squeezeboxserver_safe and once due to the server restarting.  This makes the server unstable/inoperable after installing a plugin.

Bug: 16738
Description: Avoid restarting server twice on plugin install when using debian package.  The package includes squeezeboxserver_safe which automatically restarts slimserver.pl if it fails, so don't restart the server from within slimserver.pl in this case.
