I start at Home, and then scroll down to Pandora (I added the Pandora app there).

To the right of the name Pandora is a right arrow, so i click the right button on the remote. New text slides in from right to left.

I then have 4 selections I can see by going up and down. One of them is Genre Stations. To the right of the name Genre is a right arrow, so i click the right button on the remote. New text slides in from right to left.

I have 21 choices here, so I scroll down to Easy Listening. To the right of the name Easy Listening is a right arrow, so i click the right button on the remote. Once again, new text slides in from right to left.

I then have 10 selections, like 70s Lite Rock, Golden Oldies, Classic Broadway, etc. Each of them has a right arrow to the right of the name. I choose Golden Oldies and click the right button on the remote. I am expecting new text to slide in from right to left again, BUT THIS TIME THE TEXT "Golden Oldies" slides LEFT TO RIGHT, OFF THE SCREEN. The screen is totally blank, and no buttons on the remote work at all, except for the volume buttons - not even the power button works.

On the Boom, some of the buttons work, but not all of them. And the screen goes dark again after pushing a button on the Boom. After about 30 seconds, the unit lights up again and the remote works again, but it's still playing the old station, not the one I was trying to select.

This happens for all genres, not just Easy Listening.

In summary, this is how it breaks: Pandora --> Genre Stations --> Easy Listening --> Golden Oldies --> then it breaks when I click the right arrow on the remote or push the knob on the Squeezebox.

Slacker, on the other hand, works properly. I navigate to Slacker --> Slacker Stations --> Hits --> Oldies. When I click the right button on Oldies, I get 5 options: Play Station, Description, Artists playing on this station, Save station to Slacker Favorites, and Remove an artist from this station.

BTW, it does the same thing when I use the knob on the Boom itself, so it's not a problem with the remote.

Over a month ago I opened an incident via the logitech.com support site, but the suggestions I was given didn't help, so now I'm submitting this as a bug.
